Groove Racing Gear Refund and Return Policy

At Groove Racing Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy provides information on how to return eligible items and obtain a refund. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products, such as custom fire suits and custom team apparel
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
- Contact our Customer Service team at sales@grooveracinggear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
- Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
- Use a traceable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are returned outside the specified condition or timeframe, subject to our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We will ship the exchange item to you once the original item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping for Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping on the item being exchanged. Groove Racing Gear will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Exchanges do not apply to custom orders.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged or defective item as part of the process.
6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
- Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on custom fire suits, custom team apparel, or other personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift Cards and Final Sale Items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with international returns.
