Groove Racing Gear Refund and Return Policy
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products, such as custom fire suits and custom team apparel
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Contact our Customer Service team at sales@grooveracinggear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
- Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
- Use a traceable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are returned outside the specified condition or timeframe, subject to our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We will ship the exchange item to you once the original item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping for Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping on the item being exchanged. Groove Racing Gear will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Exchanges do not apply to custom orders.
- Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on custom fire suits, custom team apparel, or other personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift Cards and Final Sale Items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
