3️⃣ Submit Your Design Files – Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an email from orders@grooveracinggear.com. Reply to this email and attach:

Completed order form

Logo files (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) for exact placement (name the files to match the placement section on the form).

Optional livery, suit inspiration images, or existing design files

📌 Note: If you don’t provide logo files, our design team will generate standard fonts for text-based logos.

4️⃣ Design Process Begins – Once we receive your form and files, our design team will start working on your suit.

• Custom suits take approximately 6 weeks to complete. This includes:

  ✅ Manufacturer approval
  ✅ Production & shipping
• Providing your own vector files can reduce lead time! The sooner we receive your files, the faster we can start.
